Question:
My Cingular phone needs repaired. How do I get the phone repaired?

Answer:
Please give us a call at your earliest convenience at 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357) and press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, 1 for Wireless Phones, and 2 for Service and Technical Support in the US. A Customer Service Representative will be able to assist you between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 6:00p.m. Monday thru Friday. Once we troubleshoot the item to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged. If you are out of warranty we can repair your phone with a valid Visa or MasterCard. Charges will range from $40.00 and up depending on the issue you are having. The defective product will need to be sent to our repair center and a Proof of Purchase may be required. The repair administrator will assign you a RMA number that will need to be written under our address. When we receive the product it will be tested and repaired and then tested again to assure all the features of the phone work properly. The repair department will have the product for 2 to 4 weeks then will be shipped back to you. Some dealer locations offer a loaner phone program while your phone is in repair. If you are in need of a loaner phone please contact the local dealer location to see if they are a member of this program. If you have any questions about this procedure please ask the Customer Service Representative when setting up the RMA.
