Question:
My accessory for my phone is malfunctioning. How can I get a replacement?

Answer:
Most of the issues of this nature can be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience at 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357) and press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, 1 for Wireless Phones, and 2 for Service and Technical Support in the US. A Customer Service Representative will be able to assist you between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 6:00p.m. Monday thru Friday. Once we troubleshoot the accessory to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the item. We can replace your accessory, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged. The defective product will need to be sent to our DOA department along with the Proof of Purchase. The repair administrator will assign you a RMA number that will need to be written under our address. When we receive the product it will be tested and replaced if it fails. The DOA department will have the item for 24 to 48 hours then will be shipped back to you. If you have any questions about this procedure please ask the Customer Service Representative when setting up the RMA.
