  • Maintain the integrity and inventory balances
  • Assist in warehouse management systems
  • Planning and procurement
  • Inventory control warehouse support
  • Handles service calls and written communications
  • Financial forecasting and planning
  • Ensures and recommends enhancements that improves operation efficiency and cost reduction
  • Institute training programs to improve repair services
  • Identifies early warning product issues
  • HQ Reporting
  • Account management for carriers
  • Forecast plan for Repair Operations
  • Produces cost analysis and time analysis reports to all carriers
  • Supports and trains all vendors
  • Provides on-time launch readiness testing
  • Provides serviceability analysis reports to HQ
  • Communicates product launch information to customers
  • Documentation control
  • Account management for carriers
  • Manages return data from all carriers and internal teams
