• Total compensation management
• Health and Wellness initiatives and programs
• Internal communications for all STA employees
• Employee program management and coordination
• Performance management, employee relations and coaching for employees and managers
• Policy and procedure creation, implementation, enforcement and employment law
• Point of contact for HR related situations for assigned divisions within STA
• Employee sensing and GWP initiatives
