STA Product & Technology team brings the products from concept through product launch and after sales support. Three teams make up this team – Product Management, Product Planning and Concept Creation.

• The Product Management team is the face of Samsung and works to launch our products with quality, and on time. This team includes systems engineering, customer communications, technical writing, and lead customer interface and project management teams in the field.
• The Product Planning team works on product concepts in their earliest phases ensuring they are as competitive and compelling to consumers.
• The Concept Creation team focuses on future breakthrough product concepts. We combine design, ethnography, consumer research, UX, and various technical disciplines together to re-imagine how we will use mobile devices in the future.
