Strategy

STA Strategy team is responsible for establishing mid to long term strategic plans for STA through industry, market and competitive analysis and customer needs assessment. The team evaluates specific business opportunities and work with product management to identify and assess new markets for existing products as well as new products derived from emerging technologies. We also collaborate with key Marketing and Sales stakeholders to co-develop sound go-to-market strategies such as market segmentation, value proposition development, product positioning, pricing strategy, branding strategy, communications strategy and channel strategy to win in the market place.
