Annual Report

The Service and Operations Department is the support team for all the STA business units in North America. It is a dynamic and very fast paced production environment focusing on customer solutions. This group is made up of Order Management and Distribution teams who are the direct interface for the receipt of products from the factories along with the processing and shipment of customers' orders. Our responsibilities include receiving and tracking customer orders, supplying information from sales orders, input to product delivery, execute the delivery schedule and set other departments priorities based on due dates and product availability.

  • E-Commerce Accessory Inventory Planning
  • Accessory Testing and Screening for warranty replacement
  • Customer Service
The Customer Service Group includes the 1.888.987.(HELP) Customer Support Center, Quality, Service Account Managers, Business Operations and the World's best Reverse Logistics Service Operation. Routine is replaced with Innovation and is the key to process improvement.
